Three most judges made the decision to continue with a sensor / probe to see whether Sarkozy breached a secrecy law when the Elysee presidential building released an argument on the event in Sept 2011.

The news launch said that Sarkozy’s name did not determine in any of the information on the so-called Karachi event, which arises from a 2002 bombing in the Pakistani town that murdered 11 France technicians.
