Miss New York won the 2013 Miss America crown on Saturday at the
annual pageant.
Mallory Hytes Hagan, 23, obtained in the skills competitors with a tap dancing to Wayne Brown’s “Get Up Offa That Factor,” and impressed most judges with an unadorned, off-the-shoulder white-colored night dress.
